Each product undergoes strict quality control and testing before shipment. However, if you experience any issue with your order, this Return and Refund Policy outlines how we can assist.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The product was purchased directly from Luoyou Compressor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. or its authorized distributor.

The product has not been used, installed, or modified.

The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The product is in its original packaging and includes all manuals, accessories, and components.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom-built or special-order products

Used or damaged products due to improper handling or installation

Spare parts, consumables, or accessories sold separately

Products without valid proof of purchase
2. Return Process
To request a return:

Contact our Customer Service Team via email or phone with your order/invoice number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.

Securely pack the product with all original materials and clearly mark the RA number on the package.

Ship the product to the address provided by our service department.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or manufacturing defect).

Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
3. Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving the returned product, our Quality Control team will inspect it.
If approved:

Replacement: A replacement product will be shipped within 7–14 business days.

Refund: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after inspection.
If the return is denied due to non-compliance with our policy, the customer will be notified and responsible for return shipping of the original product.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect:

Provide supporting photos or videos showing the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on the evaluation.
Luoyou Compressor reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts under warranty as appropriate.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our sales department.
Once the product has shipped, standard return procedures apply.
Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
6. International Orders
For international shipments, please note that:
